Faith & Family Strategy Session — Service Agreement

Parties. This Agreement is between Tanja Rouintree / Faithful Family Coaching (“Coach”) and the purchasing client (“Client”).

Purpose. The Faith & Family Strategy Session (“Session”) is a one-time consult to clarify your family’s current needs and identify the most helpful next step—Parenting, Marriage, or Faith & Family—and outline an initial action plan.

Scope.

• One private Kajabi video session of approximately 50 minutes.

• A concise written summary and next-step recommendations delivered within 2 business days.

• Optional: the Session may be recorded for Client’s private replay with Client’s permission (not for Coach’s reuse or distribution).

Who May Attend.

• Any adults involved in the family’s well-being and decisions (e.g., spouses/partners, adult family members, guardians, caregivers, pastors/mentors).

• Minors do not attend and will not be coached.

Scheduling.

• Sessions are booked inside Kajabi and observed in America/Chicago time (Coach location: Vernon County, Missouri).

Rescheduling & Cancellations.

• Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be treated as a completed Session at Coach’s discretion (emergencies considered in good faith).

Communication.

• Pre-session intake may be collected via Kajabi form or email.

• After the Session, Client may send one brief clarification email related to the summary (not ongoing coaching or crisis support).

Credit Toward Next Purchase.

• The Session fee (as listed at checkout) is applied in full to Client’s next purchase with Faithful Family Coaching (e.g., coaching package or community subscription).

• Credit is one-time, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, and applies to the next single purchase made under the same client account.

Confidentiality & Privacy.

• Coach treats Client information as confidential and does not share it without consent, except as required by law or to prevent clear, imminent harm (e.g., abuse, neglect, threats of violence, court order).

• If a recording is made (with permission), it is for Client’s private replay only and will not be shared by Coach.

Coaching vs. Counseling; Crisis.

• Coaching is educational and skills-focused; it is not medical, legal, or mental-health treatment and does not substitute for therapy, pastoral counseling, or emergency services.

• If safety concerns, coercive control, active addiction, or clinical issues are present, Coach may pause recommendations and provide appropriate referrals.

Client Responsibilities.

• Participate in good faith, complete any brief pre-work, and provide accurate information.

• Implement decisions and actions at Client’s discretion; Client remains responsible for outcomes.

No Guarantees.

• Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific results. Outcomes depend on Client factors and follow-through.

Intellectual Property.

• Materials provided are for Client’s personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability.

• Client is solely responsible for decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid for the Session.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Missouri.

• Parties will first seek good-faith resolution; if unresolved, they agree to mediation in Vernon County, Missouri before other remedies.

Entire Agreement; Changes.

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding regarding the Session and may be modified only in writing.

Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and completing the purchase of the Faith & Family Strategy Session, Client acknowledges and accepts this Agreement.
